I am passionate about health, information, science and just about anything that influences health and positive lifestyle choices. I have spent nearly 20 years in the Complementary & Alternative Health industry in the UK, USA and Australia, learning (and continuing to learn) as much as I can about nutrition, health, exercise, wellness, herbalism, and anything that I believe to be life-affirming. I have the following qualifications - BSc from ANU, Adv.Dip.Naturopathy, Dip.Clinical Nutrition, Dip. Iridology, Dip.Therapeutic Massage & Reflexology (amongst others) and have been accepted on a Masters program in Herbal Medicine. When it comes to matters of health, I'm not afraid of questioning the 'status quo' and challenging facts that I can substantiate with science, reasoning, experience and traditional wisdom.
